Returns & Exchanges

• Grocery & Perishable Items: In compliance with food safety and public health regulations, returns of consumable food and grocery items cannot be accepted once shipped.

• Bags & Non-Food Items: Unused bags and non-perishable goods in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping conditions may apply.

Refunds & Replacements

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

• For valid claims, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or a replacement will be sent upon verification.

• We may request photographs or documentation of the damaged packaging/product to process your claim.

• We reserve the right to limit excessive or fraudulent claims.

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Orders are typically processed and handed over to our fulfillment carriers within two (2) business days of order receipt.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless explicitly stated at checkout. Shipping is generally limited to the contiguous United States (or specified delivery zones indicated at checkout).

Perishable Goods & Proper Handling

Certain grocery products may require protective packaging or temperature-conscious transit. You agree to retrieve perishable items promptly upon delivery and follow all handling/storage instructions.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for:

1. Delivery delays or mishandling caused directly by the carrier.

2. Product spoilage resulting from delayed retrieval following confirmed delivery.

3. Delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
